Our a la carte services can begin at any point in your planning process, offering flexibility and convenience. Whether you need last-minute accommodation bookings or early-stage vendor recommendations, we’re here to assist whenever you need us.

**We do politely ask for our Elopement Coordination, please give us a minimum of 4-6 weeks to ensure availability for an officiant and accommodation. For more extravagant elopements, please give us 6-12 weeks to ensure delivery and shipping of decor from outside vendors.

Professional Setup and Takedown of Your Personal Items and Wedding Decor

Our Decor Setup and Takedown service ensures your wedding looks exactly as you envisioned. We professionally handle the setup and takedown of your personal items and lighter wedding decor, including:

  • Centerpieces
  • Table settings and place cards
  • Wedding favors
  • Signage and welcome boards
  • Guest book and photo displays
  • Specialty areas such as memorial and gift tables
  • Ceremony backdrops and arches
  • String lights and lanterns
  • Decorative props and accents

Please note that we do not currently offer set up for tables and chairs. Our focus is on personal items and light decor to add those special touches to your big day.
